This is a five hour workshop that introduce you to the basics of sourdough baking and maintenance. Together we will work to make a Country Style Loaf, Buckwheat Cranberry Loaf, and a Multi-Seed Loaf. In between kneading and proofing and turning we will explore how a starter is created and also make a salad, ricotta, and jam to accompany your perfect loaves.
Because of the length of the class we will have a light lunch together.
The cost is $150 per person, Included are all recipes, breads to take home, sourdough starter, and lunch.
